Bread Roll Recipe
You will need:
50g Strong White Flour
50g Wholemeal Flour
½ tspn Dried Active Yeast
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Sugar
60ml Luke Warm Water
Wash your hands with soap and water. Before starting use an anti-bacterial hand gel.
1. Weigh out flour and sieve into a mixing bowl.
2. Mix salt and sugar into the flour, add the yeast and mix together.
3. Make a little well in the middle of the flour and add the water.
4. Mix together with your hands.
5. Turn out the dough on to a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes.
6. Divide the dough equally then divide again so you have four pieces.
7. Label the outside of the paper baking dish with your name.
8. Form the dough into rolls and place on a baking tray.
9. The rolls will now need to be proved in a warm place for 20 minutes, then to bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
